The Jefferson County Clerks Office is a passport acceptance agent for the U.S. Department of State. 

Please call 920-674-8630 to schedule an appointment between the hours of 8:15 am and 3:45 pm Monday - Friday and we will gladly help you.  We will help walk-in customers as time allows, but services are not guaranteed without an appointment.

ROUTINE PROCESSING:  7-10 WEEKS (does NOT include mailing time which can vary)
EXPEDITED PROCESSING:  3-5 WEEKS (does NOT include mailing time which can vary)
